As members of ARC, we share in the following common values:

Prior to gTLD Application

ARC members are independent members with no restriction on their business model or backend operators. A confidential process will be put in place to help identify potential string conflicts and encourage conflicting members to self-resolve, without full disclosure of their applied-for-strings.

After gTLD Application

ARC operators remain independent, with no requirements but to follow the common ARC Code of Conduct. The code ensures that TLD operators cooperate. It includes a guideline for coordinating launch dates, operation of joint marketing and R&D, consumer and trademark protection.

ARC will always maintain, in the long-term, a dialog with ICANN.
